Can beginners join the 200-hour course?
Yes. You do not need advanced asanas or years of practice. Some previous yoga experience and a willingness to practise consistently before arriving will help.
What are the October dates?
The course runs from 7 October to 2 November 2026. Recommended check-in is 6 October, with check-out on 3 November morning.
Is accommodation included?
Yes. Accommodation is included according to the room category you choose.
Are meals included?
Yes. Three vegetarian meals and two herbal teas are provided daily during the training.
Can I come alone?
Yes. Many Goa Yogashala students travel to India solo. The team can help with travel planning, airport pickup and extra nights before or after the course.
What if I do not want to teach afterward?
That is completely fine. A 200-hour training can also be taken to deepen your personal practice and understanding of yoga.
